How to Use E-Signing in MS.Ai

1. Activate E-signing

Go to Settings → Integrations → E-signing and click Activate. We’ll notify Support to get you started.

2. Set Up Custom Branding

Email us your logo, brand colors, and contract templates. We’ll upload them, create your custom setup, and map your fields.

3. Map Templates to Properties

Go to Settings → Core → My Data → E-signing and assign templates to each property. It is optional, but it helps keep everything organized.

4. Send the Agreement

Go to Core → My Data → Units → Contracts → View Details → Send Agreement. Choose a template, select signers and CCs, and the contract is sent.

5. Track or Take Action

Go to View Agreement next to “Send Agreement.” Check status, resend reminders, download signed files. 

Check the status anytime from your dashboard and access the full document history instantly.

Yes, these e-signatures comply with the US ESIGN Act, UETA, EU eIDAS, India’s IT Act, and similar other laws.

2. Is there a signer limit?

Yes, you can add up to 50 signers and 20 CC recipients per document.

3. Can signed documents be exported?

Yes, you can download PDFs and audit trails for all completed agreements.
