Announcing MonkSpaces.Ai // Our New Brand

We are SUPER excited to announce that Monk Tech Labs is now MonkSpaces.Ai - A new brand with a bigger, bolder vision for transforming real estate management with cutting edge technology. 

You might have heard of our products - TheHouseMonk, TheOfficeMonk and TheMallMonk - which are respective leaders in helping real estate operators or property managers in managing - Residential, commercial and retail real estate respectively. As we march into newer grounds, we wanted to simplify our messaging to the market with a fresh new brand. 

Over the past few years, we have gone from a software company that exclusively focussed on coliving properties to a more robust platform which is used for managing coworking spaces, shopping malls, student housing properties, office parks and much more.

Why MonkSpaces.Ai? 

Let’s break it down into 3 things: 

1. Monk: It’s the name we are most recognized by and have held onto for MANY years! We wanted to ensure there’s continuity in what we offer to customers - A great software product. 
2. Spaces: We started by building a software for coliving spaces, and then kept adding newer asset classes over the years. Today, we have malls, office buildings, student housing properties, and many more being seamlessly managed through our platform. We are fast moving towards a future where we will bring cutting edge technology solutions to ANY real estate 
3. .Ai: The technology world has significantly transformed over the past 2 years with Artificial Intelligence at the center of it. Our belief is that real estate as an industry is looking for AI solutions to bring in efficiencies, and elevate customer experience. Over the next few years, we are committing to bringing industry first AI solutions to the market in a way that is truly helpful (more on this over the next few weeks/months) 

What’s Next?

We are working on AI based technology solutions to help operators increase their occupancy, speed up rental collections, resolve property maintenance issues faster, and much more. We will talk about it in the weeks to come.
